my baby just turned 2!

Where does the time go? My baby turned 2 on the 16th. It has gone by so fast. With Ry I couldn't wait for her to do the next thing: walk, talk, move into a big girl bed, go to pre school. With Brent it feels completely different. I keep saying to myself "he can't be that big already, I'm not ready for him to grow up". In a way I know I'm not ready for another one, so I think I want him to stay small for a little bit longer. I want the baby stage to last a little longer... don't think it can happen.

We didn't do a big party for his birthday, I like to do a big one every other year, easier on me and the family. So we did a quiet party at the house for just us.

Brent is totally into the sports stage right now. He loves to play with basketballs, baseballs anything like that. He loves to watch his dad play softball, and he will actually sit and watch an entire game. Who knows if it is just a stage or if he really has an interest in it, but we will see.

He didn't like the idea of letting his sister take a turn on his new bike. But little does Ry realize that her birthday is on the 21st and so she has to share her new toys with Brent.

Welcome Kayleigh Emily Duke!

Well I gave panda 1 week to post something about her new addition to her family, and so far nothing....so I will.

Here is Kayleigh Emily Duke!
Born: May 5th
Weight: 8 lbs 4 oz
Height: 19 inches

What a cutie and I bet you all are wondering how my tiny sister who is a size 0! had an 8 lb baby. No one knows, because she was even measuring small. What can I say, she's amazing!

Check out the hair. I think it is safe to say she gets it from Shaun's side of the family because the Jensen's don't usually have that much hair or that black of hair. But I can't wait to go see her in June.
